You all love your teddies because they are such fun,
But Im not your normal teddy because I eat everyone,
Dont bring your kiddies up for walks to spot me on the slopes,
For I am not your normal bear, they dont devour nice folks,
Im that one they try to hide, or threaten kids with when theyre bad,
But its usually an ogre that gets mentioned when they are that mad,
Teddies get such good press that its hard to believe Im real,
But I am here, and Im feeling ready for my next meal,
It might be a jogger, or someone else slow and fat,
Runners are so hard to catch, Im too old for all that,
So next time youre walking through your favourite glade,
Spare a thought for others that are mysteriously mislaid,
Those who went out with high spirits, acting on that hunch,
But because they met up with me, became a Sunday lunch,
You may think if youre slim line youve avoided heart attack,
But if you pause in healthy running, you become a tasty snack,
They warn you on this website these are bears with attitude,
What they didnt print or mention was that I see you as food.
Yet I do have friends who are human, who are still alive,
If you eat a lot of garlic or curry you will always survive,
Just stick to these and youre safe, can wander without fear,
Everyone else never knows, when Troll may be near.
