Mary is a charming intelligent woman, who knows her subject and has the qualifications and style to prove it.

In this stressful age Im sure a lot of you would benefit from a good massage, combined with the ambiance of candle light and soft relaxing music, to soothe away the everyday pressures and sink into a more contented, rejuvenated mood.

Or indeed any of the other relaxing and therapeutic solutions laid out below for the reduction of your tension and strains, about which I know absolutely nothing.

What I do know is people, and Mary is dedicated to her work and good at what she does, as is everyone on these pages.

I reproduce her brochure below, which does not even do it justice, but brings it to your attention rather than me rambling on about tension and massage, about which I probably know just enough to be very dangerous.

You will probably need her full therapy as direct result of finding the website, and reading about the bears.
